Owner's words
Un nez très aromatique avec un joli panier de fruits jaune et blancs, une belle sensation de fraicheur puis dans un deuxième temps on perçoit une A very aromatic nose with a lovely basket of yellow and white fruits, a beautiful sensation of freshness, and then, secondly, one perceives a very nice complexity with delicate notes of acacia flower, lime, and lovely spicy notes. The palate entry is quite surprising due to the great freshness dimension associated with a beautiful creamy dimension. The first impression on the palate is freshness, then one perceives the full dimension of maturity, creaminess, and richness brought by the beautiful ripening of the grapes; the palate is wide, powerful but always supported by a refreshing acidic backbone. The palate extends very long with this beautiful perception of creaminess, then gradually the freshness takes over for an explosive finish, all in delicacy and freshness. A great perception of sapidity closes this palate. From an aromatic point of view, one finds this delicious blend of yellow fruit, peach, apricot, fresh mango associated with fresher notes of citrus, pink grapefruit... The floral and spicy dimension, finer and more delicate, arrives in a second phase and marks a very beautiful aromatic complexity that concludes with a more earthy, more terroir-driven finish of flint stone.
