Vinification
Gradual, gentle extraction of the juice, adapted to each sort and plot. Light cold settling, followed by alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks. During fermentation, the must is gravity-fed into new and one-wine French oak barrels (cellar temperature maintained between 18°C and 20°C). 

Tasting Commentary
Pale, delicate color. Pure, intense nose, revealing complexity and aromas of orange peel. Rich, fresh attack. Beautiful depth on the palate, marked by delicately candied, fruity aromas. Powerful finish, underscored by persistent freshness.
