Tasting commentary

Its lovely violet color reveals the concentration of this vintage. The nose is very expressive, with bright fruit and fine notes of sweet spices. Dense and rich on the palate, supported by ripe, velvety tannins. The finish is fresh and aromatic, supported by fine Cabernet and Petit Verdot tannins. The wine is concentrated yet well-balanced, everything is in place to make it a great vintage for laying down.
