Vinification

Parcelaire in small thermo-regulated concrete vats, gravity filling, scraping without pressing, regular pigeages, long macerations (4 to 5 weeks). 15% of whole clusters on Merlot. Aging in amphora, new barrels and barrels of a wine.

Tasting commentary

Dark and deep colour. The nose is marked by liquorice and mint aromas that blend harmoniously with notes of black fruit. In the mouth, tannins are present and silky, giving a velvety and dense texture. The finish is persistent with a nice length in the mouth, offering all the dynamism of the wine.
