Vinification
The grapes, pressed in pneumatic presses, delivered clean, fresh juices, which led us to use very light settling. Fermentation proceeded fairly rapidly at cool temperatures, to preserve as much of the year's aromatic potential as possible.

Tasting commentary
A real charmer, with a brilliant pale yellow color. On the nose, summer fruit basket aromas are revealed, with hints of peach, apricot and exotic fruit. On the palate, a freshness that gives balance to the wine. A lively sensation on the palate.
