Vinification

Vinification at low temperature and reduced volumes of refills. Excellent extraction with a lot of material, malo-lactic fermentation in vats and barrels

Maturing/ageing : 12 months in barrels, 35% new barrels

Tasting commentary

The color of the 2022 is dark garnet with beautiful aromas of blackcurrant and violet. The wine is dense and relatively firm, with excellent balance, elegance and fine tannins. The Merlot is sumptuous and the Cabernet Sauvignon classy. An immense Olivier that will go a long way.
