Tasting commentary
Pape Clément white 2022 displays pale yellow brilliance, flecked with silver. Expressive and complex on the nose, with notes of lemon zest, lychee and rose petal, underpinned as the wine opens by hints of boxwood, grilled almonds and delicate spice. The attack is round and full on the palate, yet beautifully fresh and nervous. Aromas of white peach and mango provide the wine with remarkable length.
