Alcoholic fermentation in barrels.
Maturing/ageing : 8 months in oak barrels, on fine lees, with regular stirring.
Tasting commentary
Attractive light straw color with green highlights. On the nose, aromas of white fruit (peach) mingle with delicate notes of white flowers (lilac). The delicate attack quickly evolves into a fine, fairly dense mouthfeel enhanced by the Semillon grape variety, which makes up the majority of the blend. Freshness and harmonious aromas carry through to the long finish of this very elegant Château Rahoul.
