Tasting commentary
The tasting takes us into the naturally rich and powerful universe of 2022. Built around the black fruit, the wine has a nice thickness, that of a ripe and well-fleshed fruit, like the cherry Bigarreau. To this intense fruity dimension, the tonicity of citrus notes is added, bringing a blood touch to the whole. Subtle, aromatic nuances mixed, complex. The tannins, wrapped, just tight enough, cover the fruit with elegance and line the palate in length. On the finish, mineral notes, almost chalky prolong the energy of the vintage.
