The white grapes, which are predominantly Semillon, are harvested by hand in baskets with a wire mesh to prevent the berries from deteriorating, and are then pressed in an inert atmosphere to preserve the aromatic complexity and freshness of the musts. 

Maturing / Ageing : 8 to 9 months 

Deep, light yellow color, complex nose (citrus/white peach/verbena), enveloping mouthfeel from the outset, round, full, fleshy, lovely freshness on the finish to support the fruit, long finish.
