Owner's words
The nose is marked by floral notes of red roses, peony and hawthorn blossom, going on to reveal blood orange overtones, foreshadowing a powerful and delicious wine.
The palate reveals ripe Cabernet Sauvignon flavors. The overall impression is of a mineral and spicy wine with aromas of wet rock and black pepper. Tantalizing and complex notes of licorice mingle with delicate nutmeg nuances on the finish.
