Vinification
The grapes, pressed in pneumatic presses, produced clean, fresh juices, which led us to use very light settling. Fermentations took place fairly rapidly at cool temperatures to preserve as much of the year's aromatic potential as possible.

Owner's words
The 2024 vintage is a great wine for ageing, dynamic and structured, characteristic of the estate. On opening, a slight touch of Burgundy reduction adds complexity, before giving way to an expressive nose, marked by aromas of exotic fruit, citrus and a delicate floral note of rose. On the palate, the attack is full and dynamic, offering a beautiful aromatic intensity. The wine's typical roundness and smoothness melt into a discreet woodiness, allowing the fruit to express itself fully. The finish is long and persistent, carried by a freshness that promises a fine evolution in the cellar. A racy, harmonious white, where power is perfectly balanced with finesse and fruit brightness.
