Commentaire de dégustation
Deep color with purple reflections. The nose is immediately captivating, offering a beautiful harmony between fresh fruits—blueberry and raspberry—and ripe fruits, such as bigarreau cherry. A true indulgence. Swirling reveals great complexity, with varietal notes that are slightly minty on one hand, and warmer, lightly toasted hints of mocha and vanilla on the other. The palate is smooth from the very first sip. Gradually, the tannic structure emerges, creating a harmonious balance between power and tension at mid-palate. The fine, silky tannins add texture. The Cabernet Sauvignon brings great depth to the wine, while the aromatic complexity perceived on the nose carries through to the palate, extending pleasantly into the finish. A remarkable vintage from Château La Tour de By—seductive in its youth, yet capable of developing even greater complexity with 10 to 15 years of cellaring.
