Intra-parcel selection, de-stemming, manual sorting, vatting at controlled temperatures, average 33-day vatting period, gentle, slow extraction in infusion mode. Airtight maceration. Blending in December 2022.

Tasting commentary
This is a wine of rare aromatic complexity, with precise aromas of ripe, juicy fruit. The whole remains airy and taut thanks to a persistent freshness at the heart of the structure, which gives it great balance and elegance.
