Owner's words
Hardly touched by frost in April, the whole team was really challenged from the beginning until harvest. We had to make decisions plot by plot, stay focus and it was clearly the year while we spent the most of our time in the vineyard. After rains begining of September, we had a very nice Indian summer that unables the grapes to get better ripeness, and especially for cabernets that represent a large part of the final blend of Château Dassault 2021. This vintage has a nice structure combined with tension which are typical of Bordeaux wines. The low content of alcohol, the pure fruit and fine tannins give nice freshness and elegance to the wine.
